A tiny dot so far away,

like a spec of dust scattered across the sky

Forever there.

A star for friendship

a star for love

a star for everyone looking down from above.

keep going forever

so one thing will stay the same

and never fade.

It makes me happy to think

that they can be there every night

to shine some light

on what was right

and what they left behind,

Makes things seem a little less            dead.

truly you were.

but sometimes thing change

there has been a shift.

And i don't even want to call you Best friend anymore.

The laughter is gone, the smiles dried up

nothing left but                                          space

were something use to be

I don't know what to do.

Your hollow

I cling to your memory hoping it's coming back

but it's not.

You annoy me,

you embarrass me

you don't act your age

But, your a part of me.

Take a jump off the cliff                        and hope,

there is another side to catch me.

Or walk away, a clean break

Hollow, nothing real, just repeated, following
